MindfulSound Pianist Retreat — General Conditions

1. Participation

By submitting this form, the participant confirms their intention to join the MindfulSound Pianist Retreat and agrees to follow all guidelines established by the organization.

2. Payment & Confirmation

A participant’s place is only guaranteed after full payment.

Fees are non‑refundable except in cases of cancellation by the organization.

3. Health & Responsibility

Participants are responsible for informing the organization of any relevant health conditions, mobility limitations or dietary restrictions.

The organization is not liable for personal injuries, illnesses or accidents occurring during the retreat, except in cases of proven negligence.

4. Accommodation and meals

Accommodation is the responsibility of the participant. Upon registration, the organization will provide a list of recommended hotels and lodging options in the area.

Any accommodation bookings, payments or changes must be handled directly by the participant with the chosen establishment.

All meals provided during the retreat are gluten‑free and vegetarian.

The retreat fee includes daily lunches, coffee breaks, and the final dinner.

Breakfasts and dinners (except the final dinner) are not included and remain the responsibility of the participant.

5. Schedule & Activities

The retreat schedule may be adjusted if necessary.

6. Personal Conduct

Participants agree to maintain a respectful, supportive and mindful environment. The organization reserves the right to ask a participant to leave if their behavior disrupts the retreat.

7. Use of Images & Recordings

By agreeing to these conditions, the participant authorizes the use of photos, videos and audio recordings taken during the retreat for artistic documentation and communication of the MindfulSound project, unless they explicitly opt out in the form.

8. Privacy & Data

Personal information collected in this form will be used exclusively for retreat organization and communication. Data will not be shared with third parties.

9. Cancellation Policy

If the retreat is cancelled by the organization, participants will receive a full refund.

If a participant cancels their participation, fees are non‑refundable.

10. Acceptance

By submitting this form, the participant confirms that they have read, understood and accepted the retreat’s general conditions.
